I am often asked about how to improve engagement and challenged around the cost of engaging employees.

“Beyond decision making, successful leadership across all areas becomes learned and instinctual over a period of time.”

Leadership is about creating trust and about being given the legitimate authority (by your employees) to lead them.

Leadership TraitsI encourage you to check out my cheatsheet, which helps leaders at all levels take 15 minutes every Monday morning (or Sunday night) to plan out 10 simple actions they can take during the week (at no cost!) that will build their trust with their employees.  Click here to get your free cheatsheet.
